Dixon Technologies, a contract manufacturer in electronic goods, will form a joint venture with Bharti Enterprises to manufacture of telecom and networking products.
The JV company will be manufacturing telecom and networking products like modems, routers, set top boxes, IoT devices, etc for the telecom sector.
Dixon will own 74 percent stake, while Bharti Enterprises will have 26 percent stake in the joint venture firm.
