Connectiva Systems introduces mobile analytics

Connectiva Systems, a provider
of revenue optimization solutions for the telecommunications and media
industry, announced that it has launched Connectiva Mobile Analytics, as a part
of its customer experience analytics platform.

This end-to-end application suite allows telecom
operators to understand data, content and application consumption across all
mobile portals and channels.

The suite includes the following key modules:

Premium Content Analyzer
Allows operators to comprehensively map subscriber activity on-deck and derive
insight from customer behavior. Provides prepackaged reports, dashboards and
work-flows to help marketing analysts and executives understand subscriber
consumption of data services.

Mobile Web Analyzer
Enables operators to track subscriber activity and preferences on the mobile
internet based on an opt-in model. Collects browsing data and provides detailed
analysis of behavior, consumption shifts, interests and patterns across
channels.

Mobile Application Analyzer
Provides monitoring and tracking of application downloads, online usage and
other activity related to application stores. Customer activities and behavior
are dynamically segmented to allow providers to construct a smart-phone
fingerprint of each subscriber.

Connectiva Mobile Analytics is a unique offering that
helps operators address growing needs to understand subscriber activity related
to data services,” said Anandan
Jayaraman, chief product and marketing officer of Connectiva Systems.

With smart phone proliferation and the explosion of data
on mobile networks, enhanced customer and network intelligence has the
potential to shape the future of both telecommunications and advertising industries,”
Jayaraman added.
