BSS provider Nexign to buy STORM Technologies

Nexign, a business support system (BSS) and IoT solutions provider, has agreed to buy STORM Technologies from the Forpost group.
Nexign for BSSNexign aims to strengthen its products with digital customer experience management solutions and help its telco operators customers to build relationships with subscribers more efficiently.

STORM Technologies has been developing and implementing automated digital customer experience management systems — Cascana platform and Cascana Customer Engagement Center product.

Nexign said these products provide omnichannel communications, which improve the quality of service and reduce the costs associated with user support. Currently STORM Technologies is developing two flagship products:

“The introduction of omnichannel platforms for telecom operators is a guarantee of subscriber loyalty. It also means the ability to combine marketing and customer services by creating products for the needs of a specific user,” said Igor Gorkov, CEO of Nexign.

Headquartered in St. Petersburg, Nexign employs 1,800 people in offices through Russia, the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and LATAM. The company has delivered more than 120 projects across 16 countries and had revenue of $217 million in 2019.
