“We are privileged to be part of this project where our 2 E1, 4 E1 and 8 E1 Radios are being used to enable true next generation communication infrastructure and deliver enterprise solutions for BSNL’s end customers,” said Nafis Kazim, COO, Shyam Networks.

Our E1 Radio driven enterprise solutions offer mobile operators the ability to fill in network gaps in urban or rural areas and to maximize their reach and grow their business potential in remote locations as demand requires by overcoming limited spectrum availability and meeting the need to maintain legacy TDM voice services,” Kazim added.

Indian telecom operators are extending voice and LAN services to address demand in urban and rural locations where deployment of wired connection i.e. fixed lines are unavailable or more expensive than wireless connections.

Shyam Radio products cover a distance of up to 40 km. Shyam’s Carrier Grade Radio System incorporates technologies such as MIMO, OFDM and Diversity bundled with proprietary protocols.

Recently, TelecomLead.com reported that Direct on PC (DoPC), an Internet Service Provider in Nigeria, has selected Shyam Networks’ Point to Point Radios to deliver Internet services for its enterprise user community. DoPC has selected Shyam’s platform that comprises RM24 and RM58 series P2P and P2MP Radios.
