The F5 Traffix SDC enables routing of the billing message and translation between the various protocols involved.
When a subscriber of the carrier’s MVNO customer sends an SMS or MMS message, the related billing charges are routed to the ASPIDER Online Charging System via the F5 Traffix SDC. In this deployment, the SDC routes from multiple vendors’ core systems and supports Diameter and SCAP interconnectivity.

Moreover, the F5 Traffix SDC Diameter Gateway offers cost-effective connectivity between Diameter-based interfaces and systems that use legacy signaling protocols. With seamless connectivity between all Diameter network elements, legacy network elements, and a variety of third-party vendors, MVNOs, roaming partners, and service providers have a migration path with opportunities to pursue alternative business models and introduce additional revenue sources.
