The agreement includes Nokia’s voice core, packet core, subscriber data management, policy control, and signaling solutions, which will significantly boost Aire Networks’ capacity. These upgrades will support Aire’s network evolution, enabling new services and business models that deliver quicker returns on investment and new revenue streams.

As part of the deal, Aire Networks will implement Nokia’s MantaRay NM solution for a consolidated and automated network view, optimizing network monitoring and management. Aire Networks already uses several Nokia products, including Switching Fabric, which integrates Nokia infrastructure with Aire’s network assets.

Joan Aniorte, CTO at Aire Networks, stated: “Our expanded partnership with Nokia will enhance the customer experience with comprehensive upgrades. From improved signal capability and connectivity to significantly better network reliability, these enhancements will strengthen our service offering and better meet our customers’ growing demands.”

“As a leading wholesale telecommunications operator in the Spanish market, Aire Networks continues to drive transformative projects for its customers,” Erez Sverdlov, Vice President, Cloud and Network Services Market Leader for Europe at Nokia, said.
