Salora prices new tablet Fontab on Android 4.1 Jelly bean at Rs 6,899

Telecom Lead India: Salora International has priced its new tablet on Android 4.1 Jelly bean – Fontab – at Rs 6,899.

Fontab — powered by Cortex A9, 1.5 GHz processor — is Salora’s third device in the tablet series.

Salora says the new tablet features 1GB RAM, internal memory of 4 GB and a micro SD card slot for expanding memory upto 32 GB.

It features a 7” HD TFT with a resolution of 1024 X 600pixel multi touch capacitive screen for crystal clear picture quality.

The tablet runs on 3500mAh  Li-Po battery delivering up to five hours of extended battery life.

Fontab, a 2.5G edge enabled tablet with calling facility, supports connectivity via SIM, Internet access via USB Dongle, Bluetooth, WiFi and HDMI Output.

It features a 2 mega pixel rear camera 0.3 megapixel front facing camera.

Fontab is capable of making phone calls to all networks without any add-ons. Its voice calling facility lets users connect seamlessly via video calling or chat over apps such as Skype, Gtalk etc.

Salora International has set up 170 service centers for customer care.

Salora Fontab is available at all leading stores including online platforms like Salzmart, Flipkart, Infibeam, Snapdeal, Indiatimes Shopping, etc.
