Spice Pinnacle Stylus dual SIM phone priced at Rs 15,999 in India

Spice Pinnacle Stylus, the 5.5-inch HD Smartphone with dual SIM, runs on 1.2 GHz quad core processor. The price of the new smartphone is Rs 15,999.

S Mobility, the makers of Spice smartphones in India, on Tuesday said the HD Smartphone will come with a free one-year subscription of Evernote Premium worth Rs 3000. The stylus along with Skitch enables users to annotate, draw shapes and sketches.

The new phone will be available across India. Spice Pinnacle Stylus runs on the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, the company said in a statement.

The latest smartphone features a 8MP auto focus camera along with intelligent answer, flip to mute feature, proximity sensor and gyro sensor.

Spice Pinnacle Stylus comes with a large 13.97 cm HD Display and 1280 X 720 resolution.

Though you may not see any innovative features in this new phone, S Mobility is trying to attract customers with a number of freebies. For instance, the 9.5 mm slim smartphone is available with a free leather cover, stylus pen and a screen guard. Spice phones compete with Samsung, Apple, Micromax, Nokia, Sony, LG, etc. to gain market share.

The phone has an 8GB ROM and 1 GB RAM. It can be expanded upto 32 GB through a micro SD card.

2500mAh battery offers a standby time of more than 504 hours.

Additional features of Spice Pinnacle Stylus include Bluetooth 4.0, Proximity sensor, G-sensor, Light sensor, Pop-up Play, FM Radio, Intelligent Answer, Flip to Mute, Direct Call and GPS/AGPS among others.
