The Micromax Unite 2, the world’s first smartphone with 21 language support, will be priced at Rs 6,999 in India.
Micromax, India’s 2nd largest smartphone player, said Micromax Unite 2 comes with 1.3GHz quad core processor, Android KitKat 4.4.2 OS, 4.7-inch Bright Graph IPS display with a resolution of 800×480, 2000 mAh battery, 5MP rear camera with flash, 2MP front camera, expandable memory of 32GB, GPS enabled, supports Bluetooth v4.0 and Wi-Fi,
The phone will be available in 4 colors including grey, white, red and green.
Shubhodip Pal, CMO, Micromax said, “With the launch of the Micromax Unite 2, our aim is to enable local customization to serve the unique needs of Indian consumers across multiple markets.”
Micromax said it aims to create a medium for consumers to interact, engage, entertain and connect in their preferred language to remove any barrier for technology adoption.
