Telecom Lead Asia: Micromax has launched its first 3D phone – Canvas 3D in the Indian mobile market – for Rs 9,999.
The Model No. A115 is expected to strengthen Micromax’s smartphone presence in India.
Micromax says mobile users need not use 3D glasses to view its content in 3D.
The new 3D phone — running on Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) — is powered by a 1GHz dual core processor.
Canvas 3D smartphone comes with a 5” full touch screen and 2000 mAh battery, offering a talktime up to 4.5 hours.
With an expandable memory of 32 GB, the phone supports Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi, ensuring full time connectivity for the social media buffs. The phone comes with Micromax 3D Space giving them access to 3D videos, and pre-loaded 3D games.
The new smartphone will be available in India from the first week of May, 2013.
