Telecom Lead India: Lava International has priced its two new phones — the IRIS 405 at Rs 7,499 and IRIS 455 at Rs 8,699.
Both the 3G enabled smartphones run on Android Jelly Bean operating system and feature 1 Ghz dual core processor.
FOTA (firmware over the air) function allows the phone system software to be upgraded wirelessly.
SN Rai, co–founder & director, Lava International Ltd, said: “We expect the IRIS 405 and 455 will be preferred by both students and professionals who want to get the best android experience without sacrificing on performance or features.”
Both the phones have 4GB internal storage which is expandable using microSD cards.
The 455 has 4.5-inch full capacitive multi-touch screen with 960 x 540 pixels resolution whereas the IRIS 405 comes with 4-inch display.
Both the IRIS 405 and IRIS 455 have a 5MP rear autofocus camera with LED flash and a front VGA camera.
While the IRIS 455’s camera has face detection, panorama and HDR mode, the IRIS 405 has a camera with 8X digital zoom, image stabilization and zero shutter lag.
