InfoSonics introduces verykool s757 smartphone

Telecom Lead America:  InfoSonics has launched the
verykool s757, a new 5-inch smartphone.

 

The verykool s757 runs on Android 2.3.5 powered
and boasts a 5-inch capacitive touch screen.

 

The verykool s757 supports 3G HSUPA (7.2/5.76) dual
band (850/1900) and 2G GSM quad band (850/900/1800/1900). In addition, the new
smartphone offers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, WAP, JAVA, GPS and USB port connectivity.

 

The new product comes with built-in FM radio and MP3
music player and is equipped with 2300 mAh Li-Po battery.

 

The verykool s757 is available both single and dual
SIM versions. The single SIM version is available for operator customers, while
the dual SIM version is available for the open market.

 

The smartphone has a 5-megapixel rear camera and a VGA
front-facing camera for video conferencing. The handset is powered by 4GB of
RAM with capacity for 32GB of external storage and a multitude of connectivity
and media features.

 

“Many consumers in emerging markets do not have
personal computers, and the technology convergence between mobile phones and
tablet PCs helps bridge the technology divide,” said Joseph Ram, the
company’s president and chief executive officer.

Last year, InfoSonics Corporation launched
newverykool i277 handset in Latin America.

 

The i277 is
a feature phone with a full touch screen, user interface and feature set that
delivers much of the functionality of a smartphone at a more affordable price point.
