Research firm Strategy Analytics has released a forecast on the future growth of smartphones that will come with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. 5G has the potential to ensure AI demand among smartphone manufacturing companies.
“Advantages of on-device Edge AI computing include lower latency, better data privacy and overall lower power consumption,” Senior Analyst Ville-Petteri Ukonaho said.
