Zuper and Vonage Redefine Field Connectivity with Quality-on-Demand Network Power
Zuper and Vonage, a part of Ericsson, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to integrate advanced network APIs into Zuper’s AI-driven field service platform. Through early access to Vonage’s Quality on Demand (QoD) API, Zuper will enable mobile applications to request enhanced network performance, including lower latency and improved reliability for mission-critical tasks. The solution is designed to support skilled trades such as construction, HVAC, electrical and manufacturing, particularly for live video streaming, remote diagnostics and connected wearables. The collaboration aims to move beyond standard “best effort” connectivity by delivering prioritised, high-performance network capabilities for field operations.
