China Mobile Boosts Stake in HKBN, Moves to Integrate Mobile and Fixed-Line Services

China Mobile acquired a 14.4 percent stake in Hong Kong Broadband Network (HKBN) for HK$1.08 billion (about $137.58 million), increasing its total ownership in HKBN to nearly 30 percent.
