Tata Docomo adds InstaSoft for Indian enterprises

Telecom service provider Tata Docomo, as part of strengthening its enterprise business, has launched InstaSoft.

Tata Docomo, a joint venture between NTT Docomo and the Tata Group, said InstaSoft is a Software as a Service (SaaS) based business and office productivity solution which provides end-to-end solution to enterprises.

InstaSoft, an office productivity software, can be remotely managed and secured in a scalable and cost-effective manner. Hence Indian enterprise can focus on their core business.

The company did not share the pricing details.

InstaOffice, InstaHRMS and InstaMeet are part of the InstaSoft suite, Tata Docomo said in a statement on Tuesday.

“Tata Docomo’s InstaSoft Suite enables enterprises to be more agile, nimble and achieve better collaboration, HR management and co-creation. Our solution allows customers the flexibility to select, evaluate, purchase and customize solutions to match their business needs and that too without deploying any Capex,” said MA Madhusudan, president – Enterprise Business Solution, Tata Teleservices.

At present, Reliance Communications, Bharti Airtel, BSNL, MTNL, Vodafone India and Idea Cellular are enhancing their enterprise business. For instance, Vodafone India has a special SMB focus. Reliance Communications has hired a senior executive from Tulip Telecom to head its domestic enterprise business.
