TAITRA launches Taiwantrade mobile app

 

 

Taiwantrade, a B2B trading platform implemented by the Taiwan External
Trade Development Council (TAITRA) commissioned by the Bureau of Foreign Trade,
and Ministry of Economic Affairs, announced the launch of a free mobile
version-Taiwantrade Mobile.

 

International buyers can download this free app to their mobile devices
to browse products and communicate with suppliers from Taiwan, whose sales
channels are expected to be expanded considerably.

 

The free Taiwantrade Mobile app incorporates BizSearch, enables overseas buyers to browse over
250,000 products from 60,000 Taiwan companies, listed under 43 categories. The
app is expected to greatly improve trade efficiency and boost successful deals.

 

The Mobile app provides instant search results from Taiwantrade’s vast
database, including products, companies, business, event information and video
catalogs. Users can easily share information with friends on social media like
news feeds of Taiwantrade e-newsletter, with topics covering special events and
the latest business activities.

 

Taiwantrade Mobile app provides interactive message boards for inquiries
and calendar management; users can subscribe to info alerts on new products and
suppliers, which can be sorted by industries.

 

Users can also watch featured video clips including product catalogs,
company information, trade shows, industry stories with BizTube.

 

With mobile devices, buyers in Taiwan can use the BizMap to locate their
whereabouts, check suppliers’ locations (i.e. location-based service) and
locate exhibition halls managed by TAITRA.
