Synovus Bank launches new free mobile banking application

Synovus Bank, Georgia-based, FDIC insured
bank, has introduced the new Synovus Mobile Banking, a free mobile banking solution
which can be accessed by virtually any mobile device.


The solution features iPhone, Android and
Blackberry apps as well as text and web browser (WAP) solutions.

service to our customers that allows them to manage their accounts anywhere
they happen to be, whether on the road, at a restaurant, or at the kids’ soccer

He also said that just after the launch
they have seen a 50 percent increase in the number of customers downloading and
using this new application.

Before enrolling to Synovus Mobile Banking, a customer
must be registered in OnLine Access.

Synovus Mobile Banking delivers easy, quick
and secure banking access via any mobile device. Through this service customers
can check their account balances and can also view the recent transactions.

With this solution, it has become easy to
transfer funds between accounts. Customers can also pay their bills via using
this mobile banking solution.
