OnMobile posts 4.4% increase in Q3 revenue to Rs 1,762 million

Telecom Lead Asia: OnMobile has posted 4.4 percent increase in third quarter revenue to Rs 1,762 million.

Driven by growth in LATAM, OnMobile’s international revenues grew 38.9  percent.

International business increased significantly and it presently contributes 64  percent of the net Sales in Q3 against 48 percent. The growth in international revenue was 105 percent.

Among international businesses, African business increased 94 percent.

Despite a challenging European market, OnMobile secured contracts from two operators during the quarter for provision of RBT services.

The mobile VAS company also launched the Football service in Africa in addition to winning contract for managed services for the Football service across all content types and channels.

The other main achievement was its significant growth in RBT Revenues q-o-q from an existing contract in Spain.

India revenues declined 27.8 percent.

EBITDA increased by 11.2 percent y-o-y to Rs. 437 million at a 24.8 percent margin.

Net Profit increased 16 percent to Rs 206 million. This included a one-time gain on account of the Ver Se stake sale of Rs. 38 million during the quarter.
