Airtel grabs exclusive video rights on mobile platform for UEFA Euro 2012

Telecom Lead India: India’s leading mobile operator,
Bharti Airtel has bagged exclusive video rights on the mobile platform for UEFA
Euro 2012.

 

Airtel’s 183 million plus Airtel mobile customers across
India will have exclusive access to mobile and video content including LIVE
streaming from UEFA Euro 2012.

 

In addition, customers can choose from a range of services
such as Go! Go! Go! Contest, LIVE feeds, SMS or MMS score updates, games,
mobile magazine etc.

 

To watch Euro 2012 matches LIVE on their mobile phones,
Airtel customers can SMS -TV’ to 54321 and for LIVE scores SMS ‘GOAL’ to 54321
(toll free).

 

The UEFA European Football Championship or UEFA Euro 2012
will be held from 8th June to 1st July 2012.

 

The company said that exclusive video rights for UEFA
Euro 2012 will reinforce brand Airtel’s long term commitment to soccer and
other sports that appeal to discerning urban youth audience.

 

Live streaming of UEFA Euro 2012 can be accessed at Rs 40
per week for 20 mins on 3G and 80 mins on 2G.

 

Airtel users can also get football match day updates pack
at Rs. 3 per match day. Also, they can participate in GO! GO! Goal contest and
can win Sodexo Voucher for 2 ( Rs 1000/- each)  / Weekly Prize Samsung
Galaxy H/S (1 every week, worth Rs. 9000) / Bumper Prize  All Paid
Trip to Old Trafford (Manchester United) for 2 persons.

 

The company also offers football mobile games at Rs 99.
