Virgin Media selects Netcracker for revenue management solution

Virgin Media investmentTelecom operator Virgin Media has selected Netcracker Technology as the managed services provider for its Revenue Management solution to scale more flexibly while reducing the cost of operations.

Virgin Media, part of cable company Liberty Global, offers broadband, TV, mobile and landline services across the UK and Ireland.

Virgin Media aims to deliver customized services for its business customers and improve scalability in terms of meeting increasingly complex customer demands.

“Netcracker has demonstrated its managed services capabilities around the world and we are happy to extend our partnership in order to meet our objectives,” said Duncan Macdonald, executive director of Technology & Transformation at Virgin Media.

Sylvain Seignour, chief customer officer at Netcracker was instrumental in signing up the managed services deal with Virgin Media.
