Thwapr selected to offer mobile video for MSG Varsity

it has been selected by MSG Varsity to provide mobile video services for its
video content.

 

MSG
Varsity has chosen Thwapr’s SMS video subscription model to provide its fans
with high quality content on a regular basis. Now, MSG Varsity fans can receive
professionally produced video highlights of high schools sports and events,
specific to each region in MSG Varsity’s broadcast footprint by sending a text
message.

 

Each
video clip is delivered in an MSG Varsity branded mobile landing page with
calls-to-action to download their new app for the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch,
order Optimum or watch more videos.

Websites for brand marketers in the U.S. SMS subscriptions are one way of
