Telstra deploys CSG Singleview convergent billing platform

Australia’s telecom service provider Telstra has deployed CSG International’s Singleview convergent billing platform in a managed services environment to consolidate multiple billing instances onto a single solution.

“The flexible capabilities of CSG’s billing system will help our enterprise business grow and evolve,” said Leo Gagic, executive director of Billing and Credit Management at Telstra.

The deployment of CSG Singleview and CSG Intermediate allows Telstra to improve customer service, reduce time to market, increase flexibility, and manage operational costs in a highly complex environment to offer increased value to customers.
