Tango selects LogNet Systems for customer management and billing

By Telecom Lead Team: LogNet Systems, a
provider of customer management and billing solutions, has been selected
by mobile operator Tango in Luxembourg to deploy a multiple play
customer management and billing solution.

LogNet Systems will deploy a multiple play
solution for Tango to upgrade its customer management and billing processes.

The solution from LogNet Systems will
create a unified operation framework for Tango’s entire portfolio of services
and will allow Tango to offer sophisticated service packages based on a
combination of prepaid and postpaid usage parameters.

LogNet Systems will implement its solution
based on its MaxBill product suite and will replace a legacy system previously
used by Tango, a provider of mobile telephony services, fixed line, Internet
and value added (VAS) services to private and business customers.

We had a number of alternatives in mind
that we were considering seriously. LogNet was the only option that provided us
with outstanding references and the solution to continue to grow our business
in an increasingly competitive market,” said Didier Rouma, CEO at Tango.

We are proud that Tango has selected
LogNet to support its growth plans. Equally as important, we are pleased that
an additional mobile operator has joined our growing customer base,” said
Kirill Rechter, CEO of LogNet Billing.

Solutions from LogNet Systems are based on
a modular product portfolio that includes billing, rating, product catalog,
CRM, self care, e-billing and data analysis. LogNet Systems has designed and
deployed over 60 complex customer management and billing solutions for
communications, utilities, financial and transportation service providers
worldwide.
