Syniverse to conduct private workshop for telecom operators on 23 and 24 August

Telecom Lead India: Syniverse will conduct a private
workshop in Gurgaon on 23 and 24 August.

 

At the third-annual event, Syniverse Chief Operating
Officer Alfred de Cardenas will meet up with more than 70 representatives from
all the major Indian mobile network operators who have committed to
attend. 

 

Syniverse COO de Cardenas said as one of the world’s
largest mobile markets India is a major area of strategic focus for the
company.

 

This workshop is a great example of Syniverse’s
dedication to help its customers deliver the future of mobility to their end
users in India.

 

The workshop will address a variety of topics ranging
from the latest industry developments with LTE, to optimizing customer care
through Real-Time Intelligence solutions, to next-generation Wi-Fi roaming and
location-based services. 

 

Sanjay Kasturia, vice president, India, Syniverse, said
in-person working sessions have proven to be ideal for the industry. The result
is an exchange of innovative ideas that helps us to work with mobile service
providers to address the needs of today’s mobile end users.

 

More than 25 operators and enterprises in the country now
rely on the company for a variety of mobile roaming, messaging and network
solutions. Syniverse supports the Government of India’s Department of Telecom
number portability initiative in Zone 1 across 11 circles, including Delhi and
Mumbai.
