Plusnet selects NetCracker to transform rating and billing

Plusnet, a provider of broadband and home phone services to residential and business customers in the U.K., has selected NetCracker to transform its rating and billing infrastructure.

NetCracker has delivered its Revenue Management solution to enhance customer billing, rating and charging operations – enabling Plusnet to accelerate and improve its customer billing processes to improve the customer experience.

David Leather, director Transformation and Billing at Plusnet, said: “NetCracker’s delivery record and cutting-edge solution will allow us to improve business agility and leverage enhanced customer billing functionality to provide the best possible customer experience which is a critical part of our strategy.”

As part of the billing deal, NetCracker will deliver its Revenue Management solution and migrate customers from an existing system to the new platform. This apart, NetCracker will also provide a number of professional services, including configuration, integration, migration and testing services to optimize Plusnet’s billing operations.
