NetCracker Technology converged BSS platform to support Vivacom

NetCracker Technology converged BSS platform will support Vivacom, a quad-play service provider in Bulgaria, to enable real-time transaction capabilities for its mobile, fixed-line, broadband and pay-TV services.

Vivacom also announced a five-year extension and professional services agreement with NetCracker Technology.

Ivan Cholakov, IT director at Vivacom, said: “We look forward to benefitting from NetCracker’s real-time transaction functionality and common platform approach as we execute this strategic upgrade of our core BSS capabilities.”

As part of the long-term BSS deal, Vivacom will use a single platform for its quad-play services and will benefit from increased automation and accelerated time to market for new services and reduced operational costs. In addition, Vivacom will benefit from enhanced real-time transaction capabilities as well as the highest level of transactional security.
