NetCracker drives Telefonica Group Brazil for BSS solution

VIVO, a mobile brand of Telefonica Group in Brazil, has signed a managed services deal with NetCracker Technology to deploy BSS solution for mobile service.

The multi-year BSS contract will enable VIVO, which has around 90 million subscribers in Brazil, to leverage NetCracker’s latest IT solutions to reduce Capex and Opex while increasing revenue.

VIVO offers mobile and fixed-line voice, television, and Internet broadband services.

The BSS deployment will enable VIVO to significantly enhance its ability to launch new operations more rapidly, execute modernization and innovation projects, drive superior customer experience, and strengthen its overall competitive position.
