At MWC 2014 (Mobile World Congress), Barcelona, Flytxt today announced that MTN will deploy its real-time customer engagement solution.

Flytxt’s on-trigger decisioning and engagement solution will enable MTN to respond to subscriber’s actions and their needs. The telecoms can detect meaningful customer initiated events across the network and trigger contextually relevant actions in real-time, enhancing customer experience as well as revenues.
Flytxt said it signed up with over 50 CSPs, serving more than 500 million subscribers across APAC and EMEA, for its Big Data Analytics powered customer experience, revenue management and insight monetization.
