MediaTek Wins Best Technology for Mobile Phone Award

 


MediaTek has received the Best Technology for Mobile Phone award at the 5th National Telecom Awards 2011. 


 


The awards were presented by K Rehman Khan, deputy chairman, Rajya Sabha. Other guests included Sachin Pilot, minister of state for communication and IT and Jyotiraditya Madhavrao Scindia, minister of state, Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

India is a very important market for MediaTek and it is gratifying to see the transformative role that our technology has played in the lives of millions of people,” said Grant Kuo, MD, MediaTek India.


 


The award ceremony was attended by leading mobile network operators, handset makers, VAS companies from across India.
