Madhav Joshi of TTSL is the new president of AUSPI


Madhav Joshi, president-Legal & Regulatory, Tata
Teleservices, has been elected as the  president of the Association of
Unified Telecom Service Providers of India (AUSPI).


Amit Mathur, senior vice president, Reliance
Communications has been elected as vice president of AUSPI. Joshi takes over
from CS Rao, president – Corporate Affairs, Reliance Communications.


For AUSPI, the previous year has been the most
challenging as well as rewarding period.  During this period, our members
providing both CDMA and GSM services have reached new heights with AUSPI member
service providers adding more than 5 million subscribers in a month and
the total All India numbers of subscribers have crossed over 890 million
mark this month.
