Jacada partners with AGC Networks to deliver tailored customer service solutions in India

Telecom Lead India: Jacada, a provider of call
center technology and AGC Networks have entered into an association to provide
Indian companies with tailored customer service solutions.

The partnership will benefit telecom, insurance, back-office,
ITES, banking, travel, and transportation companies in India.

Furthermore, the association aims to reduce operational
costs of contact center agents by allowing them to connect customer data in a
simplified and consistent way regardless of the channel.

BPOs in India are looking to add value to processes such
as end-to-end automation, seamless integration across channels, and the
reduction of transaction turnaround time,” said Guy Yair, senior vice president
and general manager for EMEA & APAC, Jacada.

Through this partnership, both companies will
offer an inclusive set of customized contact center solutions designed to
enhance the customer experience across multiple channels.

Our partnership with Jacada furthers our strategy of
providing our clients with solutions that are going to enable them to give
unmatchable experience to their customers,” said Sanjeev Verma, president, AGC
Networks.

With half of the world’s back office located in the
country, India offers great business potential for the outsourcing industry.

 Both
companies further aim to provide a competitive edge to Indian organizations by
allowing them to effectively interact with their customers through all touch
points.

Jacada expands to India to tap call center technology market

In February, Jacada announced that it is expanding its
established presence in India.

Speaking on its offering, the company said that it is an
ideal fit for Indian market, as more and more corporate and government
organizations in India are turning to their IT and Business departments to
reduce operational costs while increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
