Jabra Enters Enterprise Speakerphone Market with Jabra SPEAK 410

Jabra, a provider of audio solutions, launched the Jabra SPEAK 410 in India. This is the  company’s first foray into the enterprise speakerphone market.
The Jabra SPEAK 410 is designed for portability at a time when virtual offices and mobile workers are proliferating. It includes the 360-degree microphone, allowing a group of people to be heard properly from all around the device.
The product includes simple plug-and-play functionality for spontaneous conferencing and collaboration, making an instant meeting room from your desk, your car or a home office.
Based on a research done by GfK with the market’s four top speakerphone companies, Jabra SPEAK 410 ranks number one in sound quality for voice and music, as well as number one for design taking over 50 percent of the public vote in each of these categories.
Over the past decades, Jabra has been highly successful in designing innovative audio end-point solutions for consumers and businesses. The launch represents yet another milestone for us as we continue to develop products that support today’s evolving Unified Communication platforms. At the same time, user feedback has always been at the heart of our Research and Development efforts and the new product is a yet another example of Jabra responding to the customer’s voice,” said Ralph Ede, managing director for Jabra in South Asia.
Measuring just 13 centimeters in diameter, Jabra SPEAK 410 comes with a travel case that enhances portability. The unit is small enough to tuck into a briefcase and flexible enough to work in any environment.  Integrated cable management allows immediate, easy set up.
Recently, Jabra and Voice Assist, announced that they joined hands to deliver complete end-to-end, hands-free solutions for consumers and enterprise users alike.  With the combination of the Voice Assist cloud-based speech platform and services with Jabra Bluetooth headsets and in-car speakerphones, users can increase productivity using any mobile phone or IP-connected device such as the iPhone, Blackberry, Android phones, the iPad and other tablets at work, at home, on the road and on the roam.
