Telecom Lead India: RouteSms Solutions, an enterprise
messaging solutions provider, is looking at increasing its manpower to 250 by
December from the present 180.
Out of 250, around 220 will be in India. Around 50
percent of its 180 resources are in technology development.
We are on a major recruitment drive. We are targeting
250 resources by the end of the current year. The growth is in line with our
expansion plans abroad,” said Sandip Gupta, founder and CEO of RouteSms
Solutions.

RouteSms Solutions’ future plans include buying out
companies abroad. We are looking at merger and acquisitions abroad. We want to
grow faster,” Gupta added.
The company’s IPO and listing of shares in the BSE / NSE
by 2012 year end is also in the pipeline.
RouteSms Solutions has achieved annual growth of
more than 160 percent in the last 8 years.
The company’s annual client database has increased
by more than 125 percent in the last 8 years.
RouteSms Solutions CEO claims that the organization’s
