du Telecom will utilize Aspect Software solutions to improve debt recovery processes and automate processes.
The solution will be implemented by UAE-based Derby Group, an outbound solution provider.

“We were looking for a unified platform that allowed true blending of outbound and inbound calls with all modes of dialing vis-à-vis predictive, preview/time -preview, automatic, precision, blaster as well as manual,” said Ashok Kalyanpur, founder and Group CEO at Derby Group.

Du is planning to take collection operations to the next level with the help of big data and analytics.

“We believe Aspect technology shall help us strike a balance between collections and customer experience. We are looking forward to strengthen our relationship with Aspect exploring other solutions within various domains in customer care,” said Bader Anwahi, director Enterprise Collections & Legal, du Telecom.

Aspect Software has supplied Aspect Unified IP, an Interaction Management platform with Aspect Advanced List Management, its list and campaign management platform to provide timely insights in order to adapt their recovery strategy based on the data.
