Telecom Lead India: Drishti-Soft, a provider of contact
center software and enterprise communications applications, has launched Djinn
Phone for improved first call resolution.
The soft phone was developed as an extension of the
communications platform to provide businesses with a complete all in
one solution to address their specific requirements.
Integrated with Ameyo Communication Suite, the phone
provides the necessary features required by businesses.
Sachin Bhatia, VP of Drishti Soft Solutions, said
that the launch will enable Ameyo to be a one stop solution to all of client
needs. The Djinn Phone is one such initiative in the development of Ameyo as a
complete Customer interaction management tool.
Djinn phone can integrate with applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, for
easy address book access and automatic phone dialing.
In addition, it also supports broadband links, allowing
users to enjoy high-quality audio connections and to place video phone calls
and conferences.
The company said that the soft phone is developed to
provide the pivotal advantage to contact centers and enterprises it offers
enhanced voice clarity which aid first call resolution.
PRTA in pact with Drishti-Soft to address CIM needs of
Australian market
In April this year, Drishti-Soft partnered with PRTA, an
ITES company. PRTA had also been using Drishti’s Ameyo solution for over
a year.
