AOTMP announced plans to expand the Center for Telecom
Environment Management Standards (CTEMS), a collaborative group of
multi-functional professionals focused on advancing the fixed and mobile
telecom management industry.
As part of a long-term growth strategy, CTEMS is opening
up its membership to telecom management professionals worldwide and is
implementing an enhanced member benefits program.
“CTEMS is now in a position where it must expand in
order to move the industry forward and aggressively position telecom
environment management as a leading business practice,” said Tim Lybrook,
founder of CTEMS and CEO, AOTMP.
“With the addition of new members, we are layering a
measurement component into CTEMS in order to validate best practice
recommendations and drive adoption trends,” Lybrook added.
As part of the expanded program, CTEMS members will be
regularly engaged to confirm best practices, trends, opportunities, and
challenges identified by the appointed CTEMS Board of Directors.
Findings will be shared with all members through a
monthly, live webcast. Ongoing CTEMS initiative updates, best practice
commentary, and leadership perspectives will be communicated regularly through
exclusive, members-only communications tools, including social networking site
posts and a monthly CTEMS publication.
To effectively support expansion efforts, CTEMS
has recently hired Membership Director Richard Gordon. In this new role,
Richard is responsible for recruitment and retention, ensuring that all members
are educated on and receive the benefits associated with membership.
