Convergys in pact with G-Net of China

 

Convergys announced its association with G-Net Integrated
Services Company, a provider of telecom services in China to more than 40
countries worldwide.

 

Convergys Corporation, a global provider of relationship
management, announced that it will implement a single convergent billing
platform comprised of Rating and Billing Manager and Customer Service Manager
for G-Net. Convergys expects the implementation to be complete in the fourth
quarter of this year.

 

G-Net grew rapidly to become a leading Asia Pacific
provider of data, video, audio, and convergent teleconference services to enterprise clients around the world, including 300 of the Fortune 500
companies.

 

In Convergys, G-Net
found an established supplier to implement a flexible, comprehensive, and
highly scalable BSS solution that will enable G-Net to maintain and grow its
enterprise telecommunications business.
