CommScope completes acquisition of Argus Technologies

 

CommScope has completed its acquisition of Argus
Technologies, a producer of innovative antenna solutions for wireless
applications.  

 

Based in Australia, Argus provides a wide array of high
performance, high technology antennas for base stations, stadiums and venues,
and other wireless applications. 

 

The acquisition enables CommScope
to broaden its antenna solutions portfolio, deepen its research and development
capabilities, strengthen its global market presence and accelerate its growth
in the wireless market.

about our future together as we help customers evolve their networks to new
technologies and address challenges presented by today’s data hungry, on-the-go
society,” said Randy Crenshaw, executive vice president and chief operating
officer, CommScope.


Recently,  CommScope has launched
an enhanced BusinessPartner Locator on the company’s website, providing
visitors a detailed list of companies worldwide offering CommScope solutions
and services.

 

This new web tool assures potential customers that
CommScope infrastructure support options are available to them from the nearly
1,500 BusinessPartners around the world.
