TDC delivers a new generation of digital infrastructure across Denmark for over four million customers, rolling out fiber optic networks and launching 5G.

Comarch will provide TDC with its BSS solution that includes innovative products: CRM, Product Catalog, Customer Order Management, Convergent Billing System, and Application Integration Framework.

TDC will use the Comarch BSS solution to manage all wholesale customers and related business processes connected to sales, agreements, contracts, product orders, charges and bills.

Wholesale customers supported by the system will include all TDC brands, and other Danish service providers that rely on the TDC network. The solution will rely heavily on TM Forum standards, making use of TM Forum Open APIs for integration.

The Comarch system will bring a number of benefits to TDC as it includes IT applications to support a new, wholesale split business model, shorten time to market for new products and services, optimize operational costs, and reduce the overall number of IT systems.

Antonietta Maria Mastroianni CIO of TDC Group said: “We were satisfied by Comarch’s engagement, expertise and flexibility during the RFP and proof of concept stages, as well as the ability to match their BSS capabilities with our requirements and support our business growth.”
