Avidian Technologies launches Prophet Mobile Web

Avidian Technologies announced the launch of Prophet
Mobile Web, the newest extension of the company’s leading line of Microsoft
Outlook-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. Prophet Mobile
Web enables Prophet OnDemand users to access their CRM data from any
Internet-connected mobile device.

The iPhone, iPad and various Android devices have had a tremendous impact on
the way companies do business. Prophet Mobile Web empowers users of these
devices and virtually any other mobile platform with a Web browser to take
their customer and sales information with them wherever they go,” said Tim
Nguyen, chief information officer, Avidian Technologies.

Prophet Mobile Web leverages users’ CRM data stored in Avidian’s
private, secure cloud. Thus, it acts as an extension of Prophet OnDemand, the
Software as a Service (SaaS) version of Avidian’s CRM software.

Because Prophet Mobile Web provides access to the same data as Prophet
OnDemand, users can be sure they always have the most up-to-date information at
their fingertips.

“We’ve been a happy Prophet CRM user for over 4 years now. With multiple
locations across the states, the ability to be productive while away from the
office is very important to our growing company,” said Sean Combs,
president, Steelhead Productions.

“Business doesn’t end just because we’ve left the
office. Our clients and prospective clients expect us to be able to answer
their questions and close deals no matter where we are. Prophet Mobile gives us
that capability, which is a big competitive advantage in today’s world,”
Combs added.
