Analog Devices unveils customer interactive center in India


Analog Devices, a
semiconductors for signal processing applications provider, announced the
launch of a nationwide Customer Interaction Center (CIC) to as part of its
efforts to improve the organization’s responsiveness to customers’  needs
in India.


The CIC will provide timely and accurate support for
phone and email inquiries on products, technical issues, sample requests, or
any other matter related to ADI. Supporting English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam,
Tamil languages, the CIC will be accessible through a toll free number.


Analog Devices’ CIC in Bangalore
will further enhance service and support for ADI customers in India,”
said   Howard Cheng, vice president, Asia Sales & Marketing.


In addition to handling incoming customer calls and
emails, representatives at the CIC will also make outgoing calls to customers
to qualify potential customers and to follow up on leads.   The CIC
India will report to Mariah Nie, Asia CIC/CAST manager.
