Alepo supplies billing solution to Amara 4G in Myanmar

Amara Communications, a regional 4G telecom operator in Myanmar, is using a billing solution supplied by Alepo.
Amara 4G in MyanmarAnanda, a new entrant to the Myanmar telecom market, is licensed to provide services in Yangon and Mandalay regions.

Using Alepo’s BSS solution, ananda offers a range of pre-paid data plans, comprising tiered service levels, volume based quotas, and other base plans.

“Alepo’s MSO experts continue to work with Amara Communications to achieve optimized productivity in their business and network IT operations,” said Vishal Mathur, VP Solution Integration at Alepo.

In October 2016, ACS won the 2.6 GHz spectrum auction to provide 4G broadband data services for regions 2 (Yangon, Ayeyarwaddy, Rakhine) and 3 (Mandalay, Sagine, Shan, Kachin, Chin) in Myanmar.
