AirWatch mobile security bookings grew more than 450 percent

Telecom Lead India: AirWatch said its mobile security
software bookings grew more than 450 percent in the first half of 2012.

Over the last twelve months, AirWatch nearly doubled the
amount of MDM customers while also increasing employee growth by approximately
200.

The aggressive growth of our company is attributed to
the innovative work done by our associates and leadership team. By providing
organizations with a comprehensive solution, beyond pure mobile device
management, we are able to solve multiple mobile enterprise challenges at once,
through one integrated platform,” said John Marshall, CEO at AirWatch.

7 of the top 10 retailers in the United States use
AirWatch, while no other MDM company has a single top 10 retail client for
smartphone device management.

Skanska, a construction company, has selected AirWatch to
manage their worldwide deployment of 6,500 mobile devices, with the possibility
of doubling or even tripling the number of managed devices within the next
year.

Operating an on-premise installation, Skanska employs the
Skanska App Catalogue, powered by AirWatch, to distribute required applications
using role-based delivery, to both tablets and smartphones in the field. Along
with the custom app catalogue, AirWatch powers Skanska’s mobile email management
to ensure the security of proprietary data.

Not only is the AirWatch solution comprehensive and
tailored for our specific industry needs, but the professional services team
provides the resources we need with accuracy and personal attention to meet our
critical requirements. As the BYOD trend continues, AirWatch’s support of
multiple platforms will allow our associates to enjoy working productively and
securely from the device of their choice,” said Jeff Roman, senior enterprise
engineer of IT at Skanska.

McAllen Independent School District tapped AirWatch to
manage their mobile devices, which will total more than 25,000, for their TLC3
initiative. Two key features in the decision process were the full device
management capabilities and role-based provisioning.

Through our intuitive and comprehensive dashboard, we
are able to manage all activities of the devices. Role-based provisioning helps
relate the educational content to students’ respective grades and ensure they
are receiving valuable material. It’s this custom tailoring that’s a huge
advantage for us,” said Pat Karr, coordinator for network services and support
at McAllen Independent School District.

Five Star Bank has selected the cloud-based, software as
a service (SaaS) AirWatch MDM solution to enforce security policies on their
devices, to secure mobile access to email and documents, and to enable remote
lock and wipe capabilities to protect lost or stolen devices.

Implementing AirWatch’s MDM product has allowed our bank
to be in compliance and prevent unauthorized access to confidential
information,” said Five Star Bank Vice President and Communications Manager
Erica Taylor.
