Airtel deploys Icertis Contract Management platform

Airtel growth
Global telecom network operator Bharti Airtel has deployed the Icertis Contract Management (ICM) platform.

Airtel, the third largest cellular service provider with a subscriber base of more than 300 million and employee base of more than 24,000 people globally, selected ICM platform to automate, streamline and optimize its contract management operations.

Airtel users, spread across 20 countries, can utilize the Icertis, a configurable enterprise contract management platform, to draft and execute contracts — buy side, sell side and corporate. ICM has enhanced the contracting process for Airtel, improving enterprise-wide visibility, reducing errors and increasing productivity.

“We chose Icertis Contract Management because of the solution’s configurability. It will help us standardize and automate our contracting process, ensuring greater control, better supply chain agility and responsiveness and improved execution speed,” said Moti Gyamlani, director of Global SCM for Airtel.
