ACI enters Sri Lanka market to distribute G Data software

ACI TechServ announced its partnership with Sri
Lanka-based Specialized Tech Disty for the distribution of software products
and peripherals in Sri Lanka market. Being a certified national and SAARC
regional distributor for G Data products, ACI TechServ jointly with Specialized
Tech Disty will formulate a strategy for distributing Germany-based G Data’s
suite of Internet security products for SME and end-user segment.

With rapid global digitization, we see a huge demand in
Sri Lankan market for Internet security products catering the requirements of
SMEs and end users,” said Alok Gupta, chairman and managing director of ACI
TechServ.

We are bullish on promoting G Data’s suite of internet
security products in Sri Lanka and are open to partner with other local vendors
to further strengthen our tentacles in the Sri Lankan market. In new markets,
it is important to have a local partner which can help us with the product
packaging. Moreover, proving local technical support is also very important,” Gupta
added.

The company will introduce GDATA Internet Security in
Retail Consumer Packs for 1 user and 3 users, GDATA Total Care 1user, and GDATA
Business Packs for 7/15/25/50 users.

Focusing on the Asian market for Internet Security
products, G Data Software recently become the first company in India to
introduce 2012 version of its antivirus products targeted at small and medium
businesses and retail customers.
