Access One, a business technology and communications services provider in the U.S., has renewed its contract with IDI Billing Solutions for services.
IDI Billing Solutions, a provider of cloud-based Billing and Order Management solutions for telecoms, has been the billing partner of Access One since 2005.
The new billing agreement will enable Access One to upgrade to the latest release of CostGuard, gaining access to new features and applications that will allow them to streamline their order-to-cash processes.
Access One offers high-speed data and Internet, voice and integrated communications, colocation at secure data centers, managed IT support, Hosted PBX services and more. The Chicago-based Access One supports their customers’ voice and data needs throughout the United States.
