PON equipment revenue is expected to rise from $10.5 billion in 2024 to $12.1 billion in 2029, driven by XGS-PON deployments in multiple regions and 50 Gbps deployments in China.
Cable Distributed Access Equipment revenue is forecasted to peak at $1.3 billion in 2028 due to DOCSIS 4.0 and early fiber deployments.
Fixed Wireless CPE revenue will peak in 2025-2026, led by 5G sub-6 GHz and increasing 5G millimeter wave units.
Wi-Fi 7 residential routers and broadband CPE with WLAN revenue will reach $8.9 billion by 2029, reflecting rapid consumer and service provider adoption.
