BT announces appointment of Athalie Williams as Chief Human Resources Officer

Telecom operator BT Group announced the appointment of Athalie Williams as Chief Human Resources Officer.
BT broadbandAthalie Williams joins BT from BHP, the world’s largest mining and resource company, with more than 80,000 people worldwide. As BHP’s Chief People Officer, she was a member of the Executive Leadership Team and was responsible for all aspects of their people, culture and capability strategies.

Before BHP, Athalie Williams spent 14 years leading complex business transformation, technology and change programs as an organisation strategy and change management consultant at Accenture.

Athalie Williams will be relocating to London. She will officially start from 1st December and will be a member of the Group Executive Committee of BT.
