Verizon’s Victoria Boston joins Frontier Communications

Frontier Communications announced the appointment of former Verizon executive Victoria Boston as vice president, Sales & Retention, based in Southern California.

Victoria Boston, who reports to Cecilia McKenney, executive vice president, Consumer Sales and Marketing, leads sales and retention teams in 29 states with responsibility for customer service, acquisition, retention and growth initiatives.

Victoria Boston, during her 25-year career at Verizon Communications, held executive roles leading sales, retention and enterprise solutions teams.

Victoria Boston has a proven track record for leading large high performing customer service centers and has extensive knowledge of the FiOS product suite.

Victoria Boston earned both an undergraduate and master’s degrees in Business Administration from Strayer University in Washington D.C.
